Tosha's Senior Session.

Tosha came out today for her senior session and the results of her session show how it went. She was a really fun young lady that was a blast for us to work with. Sheri helped out and shot some of the session. It was nice to have two unique views of Tosha. We really captured some great images and like I said, we had a blast doing it. Thanks, Tosha and good luck with the rest of your senior year.

A new record for us..5 generations in the studio!

We had Eula, Dianna, Mellisa, Lacy, and Paige all over at once for a group session. Having 5 generations of their family over was a real honor for us. Little Paige was a champ and really made the session a breeze for us all. Thanks again Ladies for the visit we had a great time.

Stella's 6 month session.

We were graced by the presence of yet another beautiful baby girl. Stella stopped back by for her 6 month session. She is enrolled in our baby plan so she was here in September for her 3 month session. She was a little tire but we managed to have a wonderful session thanks to those smiles she throws at the camera. I usually try to edit my first run down to about 40 images for a session like this...I now sit at 100 images :( I have some work to do and some tough decisions. At any rate the images from her session are cute as can be. Thanks guys for coming back we love shooting this little one.





I have the easy job...all I have to do is press a button ;)

Welcome Sheri Sullivan!!!!!

If you've been to the studio in the last 6 months or so, you've met "our Sheri." Sheri is an amazingly talented artist and we are so incredibly grateful that she has decided to be part of our team. Sheri possesses a passion for photography that is matched only by a select few and it shows in the images she makes. Over the past few months she has been learning more about the way we do things and familiarizing herself with our equipment. We are pro-hazing here at the studio so you will all be glad to know that Sheri has had her initiation swirly though we spared her the traditional wedgy and she is now ready to go. Sheri will be taking on some of our child sessions and she will also be our main boudoir photographer. Now, with my incredible charm, good looks and talent ;)LOL!, Adrienne's style, attitude and creativity and Sheri's passion, sweetness, ideas, artistry and flat-out mad skills, Rowe Portrait Studios and our clients have some fantastic things coming in 2009. Please join me in "officially" welcoming one of my favorite photographers to the team!



Here are just a few of my personal faves from sessions Sheri did in 2008.

Nolan's 3 month session.

I got to hang out with an old friend today. Clay brought his wife, Allison, and their son, Nolan, for his 3 month session. It was really nice to see him and his family and Nolan was nothing short of a trooper, keeping awake for us to capture some really cool images. Nolan is signed up for our baby plan so you'll be seeing him a few more times. Until then enjoy the images below from this afternoon.

Olivia brought her Mom and Dad over.

Olivia wanted to do something special to celebrate her first birthday. After much thought, she wondered what better way to celebrate than some cake and pictures at Rowe Portrait Studios. Olivia, we like how you think! Her Mom, Amanda, and her Dad, Jason, were in on the action and posed for some family shots with the little princess. We had a fun time and grabbed some great images in the process. Thanks guys we hope you had as much fun as we did.

Grace is 9 months old.

Grace came back for her 9 month session. She was here for her 3mo. and 6mo. last year and I'm convinced this little one is on some sort of cuteness training regimen because every time she comes the images just get better and better. This little one is a pleasure to photograph and the images from the session look terrific. Thanks guys for letting us do your session.

Andy and Angie are now Mr. & Mrs. Collins.

If I had to guess what the weather would be like on Dec. 27, I don't think I would have guessed 72 deg. with 30 mph winds. Though I'm a jack of many trades, I don't think that the title "weatherman" will ever be given to me. The day was perfect for Andy and Angie. The ceremony was in a beautiful little church and went off without so much as a hitch. These two make such a great couple and we are honored that we were able to be a part of their special day. Thanks guys it was a great time.
